The freshness if the nights in autumn allows us to collect the grapes at dawn so that we preserve all the aromatics, colour intensity and the full expression of the fruit.

Our winery is equipped with concrete tanks suppplied with a tempature controlled system.

We realise all the operations by ourselves and voluntarily try to remain “artisanal” in order to obtain

A natural expression of the grape fruits.

Fermentations usually last from 20 to 30 days depending on the grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre) and overall according to the millenium effects.
